Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Consistent with the most recent CDC guidance, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law. We ask that unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants, and pools in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and mobile order is available to pick up at Rockwood Grill or delivered to your room at a small fee via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Valet parking is available for a fee and self parking is included in the resort fee.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with CA State and local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Pools: Open daily for registered guests.
  • Spa: Open Thursday - Monday 10am - 6pm. Reservations required.
  • Golf: Palm & Valley courses both open.
  • Mini: Golf and sporting activities open.
  • Boats: Open for registered guests by reservation only.
  • Restaurants: Oasis Pool Bar, Aquifer65, Mikado Starbucks, and Rockwood Grill open.
  • Fitness Center: Open daily 7am - 6pm for registered guests 18+.
  • Mobile Dining is available 7am - 10pm
  • Oasis Pool Grill available 10am - 5pm 7 days a week
  • Aquifer65 & Sushi Bar available 5pm - 12am daily
  • Rockwood Grill available 7am - 11am daily for breakfast; 11:30am - 2pm daily for lunch; 5pm - 10pm daily for dinner
  • Fisherman's Landing available 11:30am - 8pm daily
  • Starbucks open daily from 6:30am - 12:00pm Sunday - Thursday; 6:30am - 3:00pm Friday and Saturday
  • Mikado available 5pm - 8pm Thursday - Sunday
