Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants, and pools in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and mobile order is available to pick up at Rockwood Grill or delivered to your room at a small fee via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Valet parking is available for a fee and self parking is included in the resort fee.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with CA State and local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Pools: open with Social Distancing modifications
  • Spa: Currently closed
  • Golf: currently open with social distancing
  • Mini: Golf and sporting activities, open with social distancing
  • Boats: Currently closed
  • Lounges: Closed based on no indoor bars or restaurants are open due to State/local Guidelines
  • Restaurants: Oasis Pool Bar, Starbucks, and Rockwood Grill Patio open. Mikado/T& T closed due to state guidelines
  • Fitness Center: Closed due to State/Local Guidelines. Spin Bikes available on Starbucks Patio outside
  • Mobile Dining is available 7am - 10pm
  • Oasis Pool Grill available 10am -5pm 7 days a week
  • Rockwood Grill available 7am - 11am daily for breakfast and Friday and Saturday for Dinner 5pm - 10pm
  • Fisherman's Landing available 12pm - 8pm Sunday - Thursday and 12pm - 9pm on Friday and Saturday
  • Starbucks open daily from 7am - 11am
