Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Work to reduce people-to-people contact
  • Social distancing to secure a certain distance (about 6ft)
  • We will utilize partitions, etc.
  • In order to prevent crowding, we will secure elevators, seat usage restrictions and vacant seats.

Accommodation initiatives
In addition to taking the following measures to prevent contact and droplet infection, some services will be suspended to prevent staff from entering the room as much as possible after check-in.

Upon arrival / departure
  • Please measure the temperature, disinfect your fingers, and wear a mask upon arrival.
  • Acrylic board is installed on the front counter.
  • At check-in and check-out, please keep a distance from other customers and line up.
  • Cash trays will be used for cash delivery.
  • Please note that Mobile Key is unavailable.

During your stay
After check-in, the staff will refrain from entering your room as much as possible.
For additional requests, please use the Marriott Bonvoy App.

Efforts related to restaurants and cafes
We will take the following measures to control congestion in the store and prevent contact and droplet infection.
  • Restaurants and cafes will be arranged with a space between seats.
  • We will disinfect tables and chairs each time, and regularly disinfect other parts that customers touch.
  • Please disinfect your hands and wear a mask when entering the store.
  • Customer service wearing a mask
  • Installation of droplet infection prevention shields on tables and cash registers
  • The number of seats is reduced by opening the table interval by 1m or more.
  • Regular cleaning, disinfection, and replacement of tongs, etc.
  • Gloves are worn for food-related items.
  • Please keep a distance from other customers and line up in the waiting line for entering the store and waiting for payment.
  • Bread will be sold in individual wrapping.
  • Room service and Mobile Dining are unavailable.
Ventilate the hotel facilities regularly
  • Ventilate the common space regularly
  • Guests are kindly requested to cooperate with ventilation in their own rooms.

Priority disinfection and cleaning will be performed on high-touch areas such as common areas.
  • In addition to regular disinfection by time management, disinfect frequently used areas each time.

Other initiatives
  • We place disinfectants in front of the elevators on each floor, in the lobby, restaurants, and cafes to create a safe and secure environment that is easier for customers to use. Thank you for your cooperation of everybody
  • In addition to the usual cleaning inside the hotel, we regularly disinfect the areas that are touched by an unspecified number of customers.
  • Regarding elevators and smoking areas, we will limit the capacity to prevent overcrowding. When using it, please cooperate so that you can share it with each other.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
