Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Our priority is to provide guests with a safe environment, which is why we have raised our existing standards and implemented new protocols, keeping in mind Marriott's Commitment to Clean and local government regulations:

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines. QR codes for general information: check in information, digital F&B menus, Room service menus, and Spa menu.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all public areas of the hotel.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Spa: closed until further notice
  • Restaurant and Bar: Open. It is necessary to make a reservation and the use of a face mask is mandatory
  • Room Service: offered 24 hours a day
  • Activity Guide: same services will be offered. A reservation is needed for the activities and the capacity will be reduced to maintain social distancing
Qespi Restaurant, Qespi Bar and our JW Market are operating normally. Our food and beverage menus are available on digital format, for a contactless experience. The use of face mask in public areas is mandatory and all guests will have a temperature check before entering the venues.

Our JW Market is all set to take orders, which can be Grab and Go or Delivery.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed. 
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

All AV equipment will be disinfected before, during breaks, and after each event using proper cleaning protocols.

The hotel has an open and wide space (Main Patio) where outdoor events can be held with according to local safety protocols.
