Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout the hotel, to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurant and bar in compliance with Welsh Government guidelines.
  • Partitions installed at front desks and catering outlets, table service only, along with reduced menu offerings.
  • One way system implemented through our public space, elevator occupancy limited.
  • Room Service, currently not offered.
  • Mobile Check-in and key, service requests via the Marriott Bonvoy mobile app.
  • Registration for contact tracing required.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Disposable cups and coffee making facilities will be present in rooms, however no coffee makers currently available. Disposable Glass ware in use in bedrooms, and Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest, as well as on request.

 

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

Please note, our Fitness Centre is currently closed owing to our refurbishment. We anticipate reopening the Fitness Centre in September 2021. We apologize for any inconvenience that this causes in the mean time.
Market Kitchen: Open for Breakfast on Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 10.00am and from 7.00am to 11.00am on Saturdays and Sundays. Dinner is unavailable at this time.

Brew Bar: Open from 12.00pm to 11.00pm daily, with food served until 10pm.

Room Service: Available from 5.00pm-10.00pm daily.

Executive Lounge: Currently closed owing to our refurbishment. We apologize for any inconvenience that this might cause.

Please note: table reservations are required for all meal periods. Groups of six is the max that can be accommodated, from six different households, as per government guidance.
