    CLEAN-UP COMMITMENT


    We take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously. You will notice several improvements to our cleaning practices throughout the hotel. These include:

     

    Improved cleaning of public space: we have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high traffic areas such as washrooms, elevators and escalators, etc. In addition, we will provide hand sanitization stations in public spaces.
    Social distancing practices: you will see signs and shields throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging customers to follow social distancing recommendations.
    Rooms: Each room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Let us know if you do not want our team to enter your room during your stay.
    Electrostatic spraying: We are researching and developing improved technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

    Maintaining safe social distancing is one of the most important steps we can all take to reduce unnecessary personal contact. MARRIOTT BONVOY members have the option to use the MARRIOTT BONVOY app to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In reduces the time needed to complete registration formalities by using mobile check-in and asking your questions in advance. Please note that push notifications must be enabled to receive "Ready Room" notification
    Mobile Check Out: Check out via the mobile app and avoid going to reception. You will receive a digital copy of your invoice by e-mail.
    Enjoy a contactless experience by requesting a Virtual Key. Your phone is your key.
    Mobile chat: communicate with us from anywhere and at any time. The mobile chat is available up to 48 hours before the day of arrival and up to 24 hours after your departure.
    Mobile requests: Log in with us via the app to request the items you want to deliver to your room.

Each room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. We will provide housekeeping services after your third night with us, when you are not in your room. If you would like to receive additional daily cleaning, please let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
