Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits, and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Hand sanitizer stations are available in public areas of the hotel.

The use of face masks is mandatory for all employees and the face masks are provided free of charge in case you need.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Housekeeping Service: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, reduced capacity, advance booking required. Time limit may be in place at peak times to enable enhanced cleaning protocols. Face masks required.
  • Swimming Pool: Open, reduced capacity, advance booking required. Time limit may be in place at peak times to enable enhanced cleaning protocols.
  • Spa: Open from 01 PM to 09 PM. Advance booking required, please contact the Spa team for your reservations.

We have revised service across our Restaurants and Bars, so please check our social media channels for the latest updates. We strongly recommend advance bookings, use of contactless payments, or credit/debit card payments.

 

  • The Eatery: Open for Breakfast with reduced seats from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. We do not offer a breakfast buffet but will offer an a la carte menu instead.
  • The Lounge: Open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Seats reduced.
  • Horizon Bar: Open for Lunch and Dinner from 11:00 AM to Midnight. Seats reduced, please contact us for an advanced booking.
  • In-room Dining: Available to our guestrooms. Please contact our Guest Service Team for your order.

Please note that our restaurant team abides by the local guidelines, including the use of masks and gloves.
