Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Mobile check-in, check-out, and key together with other service requests are available through the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Signage throughout our hotel will remind guests to maintain social distancing with revised seating capacities in our restaurants, banquets, fitness, and spa areas in accordance with Vietnam government guidance.
  • Sanitizer dispensers and handwashing stations are placed throughout the hotel especially in high-traffic spaces and high-touch areas.
  • The use of face masks is mandatory for all employees and highly recommended for all guests. Personal care items including face masks, sanitizer, disinfectant wipes are upon request at Front Desk.
  • Partitions will be installed at Front Desk.
  • Reduced seating capacity for shuttle services and limited non-airport transfer services; all types of transportation sanitized between each trip
  • All bell carts will be sanitized before and after each guest's use and all luggage will be disinfected before being delivered to guest rooms.
  • Floor plans are modified to increase space between equipment and furniture in Spa, Fitness center, and Kid's club.
  • All toys, equipment, and surfaces will be disinfected before and after each guest's use.
  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, lobbies, restaurants and bars, spa, fitness center as well as providing more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. All vendors and employees entering the building are getting temperature checks.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Housekeeping Services: Guest rooms are cleaned and disinfected between each stay. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. Associates must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when performing disinfecting, laundry, and engineering activities.
  • Room Amenities: High-touch items such as magazines, books, and flyers are reduced or removed. Items including handles, knobs, pulls, electronic and temperature controls are cleaned and sanitized strictly. Proper chemicals are used on every furniture, fixtures, and surfaces of guest rooms. Additional amenities can be requested through mobile chat and mobile requests via Marriott Bonvoy™ app, with contactless delivery.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center & Spa: Guests are required to make appointments in advance with staggered arrival times. Longer appointment lengths are required to allow for deeper cleaning between use. Equipment, treatment rooms, and lounge areas are sanitized between use. High-touch surfaces are cleaned hourly. Hand washing and hand sanitizer stations are placed in common areas. Floor plans are modified to ensure safe space between equipment, furniture. Rental gear, hairdryers, beverage vending, etc. are disinfected between guest's use, or replaced with single-use alternatives. Lockers and keys are sanitized between guest's use. Lockers are staggered to increase physical distancing.
  • Kids Club / Playground: Operation hours are modified to allow for the disinfection of toys, surfaces, and equipment between guest's use.
  • La Plage: Beachfront restaurant with local signature, freshly-caught local seafood, classic bite-size Asian fare, and an innovative collection of cocktails. Open from 6:00 AM - 10:30 PM every day. The breakfast buffet will be replaced with an all-you-can-eat à la carte breakfast service, available from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM every day.
  • Tea Lounge: Vietnamese signature coffee and classic afternoon high tea. Open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM every day.
  • Poolside Bar: Craft beer, swim-up cocktails, and savory poolside snacks. Open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM every day.
  • The Grill: Signature restaurant of the resort with prime steaks, fresh coastal delicacies, and an extensive wine list. Open from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM every Friday and Saturday, and from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM every Sunday.

  • Room Sets: Customized floor plans with seating capacities reviewed for each individual event.
  • Breaks: Single-serve and pre-packaged condiments, food, and beverage; breaks coordinated across groups to manage guest traffic.
  • Meals: Pre-packaged, grab-and-go, or plated meals, modified buffets with servers, hand sanitization, and queue management.
  • Table Meetings: Minimized table settings, disinfected between use.
  • Cleanliness: More frequent cleaning in high traffic areas and during breaks. All visual and audio equipment was disinfected between use.
  • Outside Vendors: Updated policies to include temperature checks, cleanliness, PPE, and sanitization requirements.

Our dedicated event planner will work with event organizers on the implementation of protocols and procedures specific to your event.
