The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits, and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and check-out are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

We are a valet only hotel. We are adhering to all CDC guidelines including the use of masks and will provide sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations. A thorough disinfecting process is implemented in all guestrooms.

Signage: Ample signage throughout the hotel highlights elevator capacity, social distancing reminders, and signage to stairwells should guests prefer to utilize them in place of the elevator.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. All guests are required per Dallas County to wear a cloth face cover when not in guestrooms, dining, drinking or exercising.

Team Member Policies: Team members are required to sanitize their hands between guest interactions. Team members with guest interaction are required to wear gloves. Team members must wash their hands frequently. Pens used for signing and credit card machines are disinfected after every use. Team members showing signs of any illness are required to stay home and contact their doctor immediately. They are not allowed to return to work until they are cleared by a medical professional. We are checking the temperature of all employees upon arrival to work. Staggered staffing is in place to limit human to human interaction

Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are available by request and come wrapped for safety. Adolphus hand sanitizer is available for purchase at the front desk.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
Fitness: Open 24/7 via key card access. Masks required at all times. Wipes are available for use as well as hand sanitizer. The fitness center is cleaned and disinfected several times throughout the day.
Spa: Open Thursday through Sunday by appointment only. Masks are required at all times by patrons and staff. Appointments are stagged to eliminate waiting room crowding. A deep clean of each treatment room is done after a session and all treatment rooms are empty for 24 hours before next use.
Pool: Open. Lounge chairs are spaced for social distancing. Cabanas are available for rent.
House car service: Based on availability and by request.
Concierge Lounge: Not staffed. Available for guest use for meetings.... Equipped for beverages only... no food service
Housekeeping: Not servicing throughout the duration of stays. Will bring linens, towels, bath amenities... left at door upon request.

Otto's Coffee & Fine Foods: Open 7am-7pm daily. Current Spring Menu Available. Includes Breakfast and All-Day Grab and Go Salads, Sandwiches, Pastries…and of course, Waffles!

City Hall Bistro: 

  • Breakfast: Monday - Friday 7am-11am
  • Brunch: Saturday and Sunday 9am-3pm
  • Dinner: Thursday - Saturday 5pm-10pm

The French Room: Open for afternoon tea Wednesday - Sunday 11am-2pm
