Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Decals on the floor to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions and mandatory. Reservations are needed for the use of the pool in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions have been installed at front desks and food and beverage counters.

Contact-less check in with Mobile check-in which allows guests to park their car in our garage, enter the hotel from the garage with their mobile key and go to their guestroom without having to check in at the front desk.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have enhanced our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Daily health screenings for each associate on every shift to include temperature checks.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members wear, face coverings at all times. Housekeeping and food and beverage wear gloves based on the job duties and direction given by the local authorities.
  • Guests must wear face coverings whenever they are in public space.
  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided hand sanitizing stations.
  • Upon check out, guestrooms remain vacant for 72 hours before being serviced. After the 72 hour vacancy, the guestroom is disinfected and sanitized. A deep cleaning of the bathroom and all surfaces is done using Vital Oxide, a hospital grade, non toxic cleaner known to kill 99.99% of viruses and bacteria.
  • Unnecessary items such as pens and pads have been removed from our guestrooms and remote controls are clean, sanitized and placed in a protective sleeve before every guests stay.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Some items are prepackaged, hot items are prepared by the Chef while wearing gloves. The items are them bagged before being served to the guest.
