Consisting of in-house and outside experts in food and water safety, hygiene and infection prevention, and hotel operations, our Marriott Cleanliness Council is redefining our cleaning and safety standards. Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas, Marriott is going above and beyond our normal protocols. We are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency, dedicated staff, and recommended cleaning agents. Marriott has elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants. We will be placing disinfectant wipes in rooms. Hand sanitizing stations are being installed at hotel entrances, at our front desks, our elevator banks, and meeting spaces. - Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests and visitors must wear personal face coverings in closed public areas.
- Clean Air Filter System: The property has installed filters that remove bacteria, viruses and any microscopic allergens throughout the hotel. The Clean Air system constantly exhausts air out of the building and increases fresh air quality throughout the property.
- Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
