      • Cancellation Policy
        Guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date can make changes or cancel their bookings at no charge up to 5 days before their scheduled arrival, provided it is done before 11:59 pm local hotel time.

        Please note that this policy may not apply to travel associated with a Group booking. For guests with Group reservations (e.g., for meetings, events or conferences), please review the booking rate rules and contact the group organizer for more information.

        Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider directly for further information.

        Important Information:
        • Some exclusions may apply. Please refer to the property's Rate Details for applicable terms or exceptions, if any, when booking or changing reservations.
        • Reservation refunds of any kind (e.g., cash or credit voucher) may take up to 90 days from the date of cancellation to be processed. The form and timing of refund may be subject to applicable laws where each hotel is located.
        • For group organizer questions on terms or conditions of group contacts, please contact the hotel.
      • Early Departure Fee
        Upon early departure, an early departure charge of one night room and applicable tax applies.
      • Photography & Videography Policy
        Professional photographers are not permitted for still, video or drone photography sessions on the resort's private property. Families are welcome to capture their own memorable moments with personal "snap and shoot" cameras, iPhones and non-professional cameras. Meeting planners or local/social catering customers are permitted to have professional photographers to capture images for their events in their contracted event space only; other public spaces of the hotel are excluded.
      • Smoke-Free Policy
        Marriott is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke-free environment, and is proud to boast one of the most comprehensive smoke-free hotel policies in the industry.
      • Pet Policy
        Pets are not permitted on property. Service animals are allowed.

      Please be aware that our resort is cashless and accepts credit card only, including at the front desk, food and beverage locations, retail, special events, parking, etc. Guests can convert their cash into $20 - $500 gift cards at Cash-To-Card kiosks located next to our Bell Stand or across from Old Hickory.

    • Paradise Springs & Resort Pools
      • Overview
        Make a splash at Paradise Springs, our ten-acre outdoor water park and lazy river complex featuring a 6,000-square-foot family lagoon, giant multi-level water playhouse, 600-foot long lazy river, and four winding waterslides.

        Paradise Springs is heated and open seasonally, and an exclusive amentity for overnight resort guests.

        In addition to Paradise Springs, we have an indoor lap pool and outdoor resort pool that are heated and open year-round.
      • Guest Access
        Guests who have booked an overnight guestroom will have unlimited access to Paradise Springs and our resort pools. The maximum occupancy for online room bookings is four guests, so each room is provided with four Paradise Springs wristbands.
      • Safety
        Pool facilities are for registered guests only. Children under 15 years old must be accompanied at all times by an adult responsible for their safety and behavior. No running on the pool deck.

        Lifeguards on duty at all times at Paradise Springs.

        Swim at your own risk. Diving is prohibited.

        In the event of inclement weather, guests may be asked to vacate the pool deck for their own safety. Please obey all instructions and directions from Recreation STARS (Gaylord employees).

        Paradise Springs features a family lagoon, waterslides, a winding lazy river, a giant water playhouse, a zip-line, and more.

        This amenity is open seasonally.
