The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

 

  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Valet service is currently available; but complimentary self-parking is also available.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

 

 


We are providing daily housekeeping service and we have reintroduced all amenities back into the guestrooms. Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. 
All amenities are open per Dallas County regulations. We are consistently monitoring and will update as needed.

  • All Day Menu: Sun - Thu 11:00 AM- 10:00 PM, Fri-Sat 11:00 AM - 10:30 PM

Executive Club Lounge:

  • Breakfast: Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM, Saturday - Sunday 7:00AM - 10:30 AM
  • Self Serve Snacks Available Daily 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM 

Dozens of dining options available on-site at the Galleria and more within walking distance. Multiple delivery options available, as well.
