Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing that are in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions are installed at front desks. Mobile check-in and key and service requests are delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app. No valet service is currently available for parking, self park only at this time.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.


Room Amenities

  • In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Enjoy our Westin Fitness Center on our second floor. Guests are required to social distance and wipe down equipment between use with provided cleaning materials.
At Westin, we believe in nourishing your well-being with food and beverages that will fuel your day. Craft Coffee offers guests a variety of options for breakfast and lunch including handcrafted Starbucks beverages, an assortment of coffees, teas and juices, hearty sandwiches and healthy snacks. Be our guest daily from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Mesa Mezcal, our lively in-house restaurant serves up an innovative menu of modern Mexican. Currently Mesa Mezcal is offering a limited menu from 4:30 to 10:00 PM.
