Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.

Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines. Hand sanitizer stations are provided throughout our public space. The use of a facemask is mandatory for all guests and employees, and masks are available if you do not have one. Additional information:

 

  • Mobile check-in, key, chat and service requests available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app and the Web Check-in
  • We are disinfecting high traffic areas on a regular basis.
  • Social distancing signage has been appropriately placed throughout the hotel.
  • Shuttle Service is not available but we are offering complimentary LYFT vouchers to and from Love Field Airport.
  • Front Desk has partitions installed for safety
  • Temperature checks are taken for all associates

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, and lobby touch points elevators, as well as providing hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. As per local law, guests are also obliged to wear personal face coverings..
  • Electrostatic Spraying. We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest. Pads, pens, decorative pillows and reading materials have been removed from guestrooms


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

 

The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Hours of Operation: 6:00am to 6:00pm with advanced reservations made at the front desk - capacity restrictions will apply and a special key access provided by the front desk for entrance.
  • M Club Lounge: Currently Closed
  • Business Center: Open 24 hours/day
  • Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub: Currently Closed
  • Meetings and Events Spaces: Open and adhering to the Texas Governor's guidelines with limited attendance and social distancing set ups.
  • Self Parking: $24/day
  • Airport and Area Shuttle: Currently not operating- Currently offering complimentary LYFT transportation to and from Love Field Airport for registered guests. Please contact hotel for more details.
  • Guest Laundry: Complimentary laundry facility - located on the 2nd floor
We are currently not serving any meals in Allie's American Grille or Verandah Lounge or delivering any food via room service. For any snacks or convenience items, please visit our Corner Pantry, available 24 hours/day.
