Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Company signage throughout hotel reminding guests to maintain social distancing and to wear a face mask.
  • Partitions at the front desk to keep guest and front desk staff 6' apart.
  • Stickers every 6' to show guests where to stand if there is a line at the desk.
  • Seating capacity reduction in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Staff members are required to wear proper PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.). Guests are required to wear personal face coverings based on state and local mandates.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open but limited to 4 guest at a time. Sign up at the front desk. Mask are required.
  • Pool: Open. Masks are not required unless social distancing can't not be followed.
  • Lounge: Closed.
Urban South/Bar 1852 are open but under limited hours. Breakfast is served from 6:30am-10:30am and dinner/bar from 5pm-10pm. In Room Dining is available and runs the same hours as the restaurant. Seating capacity has been reduced to meet all local and state guidelines. All staff are required to wear proper PPE.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

  • Welcome Gift: Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador members can choose 1,000 bonus points or breakfast for 2 as their welcome gift. Gold members receive 500 points as their welcome amenity.
  • Late Check-Out: Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador members can get up to a 4pm checkout. Gold members can get up to a 2pm checkout.
