Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Chauffeurs will be wearing protective gear such as face mask, gloves etc at all times
  • Protection shield has been placed between driver & guest seats. Guests to be mandated to only sit in the back seat (Max 2 people will be allowed per car).
  • Mandatory temperature checks on arrival.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing.
  • Disinfecting guest luggage on arrival.
  • All guest stationary used at the front desk is sanitized after every single-use.
  • Well sanitized keys provided to the guests as per the brand guidelines.
  • E-invoice can be sent to guest prior the check- out date and guest can make contact less payment via e-transfer.
  • Partitions installed at front desks.
  • Mobile check-in, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • All guest rooms will be held for 48 hrs post check out before allocating it to another guest.
  • Dry room amenities like dental kit, comb, shaving kit etc. will be provided on request.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times.
Business Centre: Keep enough space between work desks. Disinfect each desk, equipment and work area after every guest usage.
Restaurant is operational from 07:00 Hours to 23:00 Hours.
Bar will be operational as per state government guidelines.
QR Code menu has been introduced in restaurant & rooms for guests safety and ease in ordering.
We are taking temperature checks for chefs & food handlers to ensure food safety & hygiene.
