Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Social Distancing signage is placed across the hotel and this is maintained as per government guidelines.
  • Aarogya Setu app is checked on the guests' phone at the hotel's entrance.
  • Temperature check with thermal scanning temperature gun is done at the hotel's entrance.
  • Guests are advised to always wear face masks in the hotel.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Gloves and Face Masks are a part of our associates' uniform.
  • For our associates' safety, they go through temperature checks, checking of Aarogya Setu app and they wash & sanitise their hands every 20 minutes.

With Marriott's Commitment to Clean, the hotel is following all below-mentioned hygiene and sanitization practices:

 

  • Electrostatic Spraying: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Our associates are always wearing face masks and gloves at the hotel.
  • The entire cleaning procedures are performed with the industry's best chemicals and sanitization agents.
  • Automatic sanitization stations are placed across the hotel's public spaces such as hotel's entrance, near elevators, restaurants' entrances, lobby, event spaces and washrooms.
  • Cleaning and sanitisation is performed as per well-defined standard operating procedures at frequent intervals diligently.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

Under Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have aligned the hotel services and operations as per the current need of contact-less stay, safe travel and dining with care. This is the hotel's effort to redefining luxury with vital importance given to hygiene backed up with technology and essential intervention. Two of the alluring F&B venues at the hotel, K3 - New Delhi's Food Theatre and JW Lounge are now operational. K3 is referred to as the dining phenomena of the city with three live kitchens where one can choose from an array of dishes from Mediterranean, Asian and Indian Cuisines, all prepared by our 3 Master Chefs and their teams. The timings of K3 - New Delhi's Food Theatre are breakfast (from 0630 - 1030 hours entire week), lunch (from 1230-1530 hours Saturday & Sunday) and dinner (1900 - 2300 hours entire week).

The heart of the hotel, JW Lounge, is an elegant lounge with its naturally lit ambience and the JW sculpture, a chandelier which consists of 35,330 custom glass-tubes hung from the ceiling using stainless steel aircraft cables. JW Lounge's splendour is not only restricted to architecture, it also offers superlative beverage and hors d'oeuvre experience to its guests. The Cabanas which are surrounded by a serene water body in the central courtyard of the hotel is an extension of this elegant lounge and a perfect place to unwind with perfect concoctions, our famous cocktails. JW Lounge will be open 24 hours for guests & diners.

The in-room dining services at the hotel resume as per the regular operations and ‘Marriott On Wheels' food deliveries and takeaways will continue to bring the splendid food & dining packages at your doorstep.

 

  • Social distancing is maintained across the restaurants as per the government guidelines.
  • "Buffet to table" concept is being adhered to at K3 where you select the food item and it comes to your table from the buffet, contactless.
  • Sanitisation stations are placed across the restaurants.
  • Protective Shield is fixed at hostess' desk.
  • QR codes are placed on all tables to digitally place the order.
  • Contactless payment via PayTM or UPI.
  • For food deliveries, freshly cooked food is left at your doorstep which is advised to be consumed within 2 hours.
  • Safe food delivery is done by JW Marriott New Delhi's associates in sanitized hotel cars.
  • The orders are safely packaged with specified body temperature of the Chef who cooked the meal.
