Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
The COVID-19 pandemic has required us to raise our demanding standards to an even higher level with new protocols for the current circumstances. Four Points by Sheraton New Delhi, has put in place a multi-pronged approach designed to meet the health and safety challenges presented by COVID-19. Reinforcing our commitment to cleanliness, we have recently launched the ‘We Care' program that defines the dynamics and nuances of how we will operate when we welcome you back to our hotels.

We will see visible changes in place from the pre-arrival to the check-out stage of a guests stay with us, and this includes back of the house operations as well. Enhanced sanitation and hygiene protocols will be stringently implemented across all guest touch points.
Introducing contact-less stay: With the option of Mobile check in & check out and enhanced protocols, are hotels are equipped to introduce a complete on-request contactless stay for our guests.

Minimizing Contact: To help alleviate the risk of transmission through person-to-person contact, we will be using signage in our lobbies to remind guests to maintain social distancing protocols. We will also be adding partitions at front desks to provide an extra level of precaution for its guests and associates and is working with supply chain partners to make face masks and gloves available to associates.

New Cleaning Technologies: We have initiated plans to roll out enhanced technologies at our properties over the next few months, including electrostatic sprayers and the highest classification of disinfectants recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization to sanitize surfaces throughout hotels.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
