Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signages throughout the hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing.
  • Seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with government mandates, and partitions installed at front desks.
  • Elevator usage is restricted to only two occupants, unless from the same party/family and signage is in place to remind guests to follow.
  • Incorporating technology into dining experience with QR code menus and contactless payments.
  • Mobile check-in and and service requests delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly of high touch points and in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators as well as set up hand sanitizing stations in strategic locations across the hotel.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All associates will wear PPE (e.g., face masks, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are also required to wear face masks in public areas, which can be provided upon request.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Guests can request contactless delivery of in- room amenities. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Guest Rooms: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to guest arrival and after departure. We will continue to provide housekeeping services while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with government regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.
  • Seasonal Tastes (All day dining): Open daily from 06.00 am- 11.00 pm for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Seasonal Tastes is serving signature favorites from Prego and EEST as well. Also offering deliveries and takeaways.
