Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage posted around the hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing of 6 feet or more. Occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our lobby lounge, restaurant and event space in compliance with city and state mandates. Partitions installed at Front Desk kiosks for the protection of our associates and guests. Hand sanitizer provided throughout the public areas. The use of facemasks or coverings are mandatory for all guests and associates. Contactless Mobile Key available for all Bonvoy members.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all public areas of the hotel.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.


Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are available upon request. Guests are offered coffee complimentary from 6:00am to 10:00am in Café Expressions.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Indoor Pool: Open, reservations required at front desk, limited occupancy
Fitness Center: Open, face masks required, limited occupancy
Shuttle: Operating on limited hours, face masks required
Patio and Lounge: Open, face masks required, limited occupancy
Flatz Restaurant: Closed for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Open for private events only.
Flatz Bar and Lounge: Open 5:00pm to 10:00pm, 7 days a week, Full Bar, limited food available.
Café Expressions: Open 6:00am to 10:00am, 7 days a week, Full operating Starbucks, limited food available.
