Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage is displayed throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and clearly show the revised occupancy limits. The seating capacity in our restaurant is in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions have been installed at the front desk.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout the property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings while enjoying all indoor public areas..

Room Amenities:
  • All non-essential, high-touch items have been removed including magazines, decorative pillows, throws, and honor bars.
  • Single-use cups are available in each guest room
  • Disinfectant wipes are available for pick-up upon request at the time of check-in.

Housekeeping Service:
  • Room Cleaning: Housekeeping and turn-down services are currently available upon request. Please confirm your desired services at the time of check-in. For additional housekeeping services throughout your stay, please speak with our Ladies and Gentlemen and we will be happy to assist you.
  • Laundry Services: Laundry services are available. For same-day service, please ensure your request is received by our Ladies and Gentlemen before 12:00 p.m.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local and state regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Denver: The Spa is open with appropriate social distancing and occupancy measures in place. We are currently offerings individual massages and facials. At this time, couples' massages are not available.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Per government mandate, face coverings are required during treatment. If you do not have a face covering, we will be delighted to provide you with a complimentary mask.

Proving that it is possible to have it all, ELWAY'S Downtown showcases a steakhouse experience that is as approachable as it is exceptional. Enjoy hand-cut steaks, weekly specials featuring the season's freshest, locally sourced ingredients, a wine list spotlighting premium wines sourced from across the globe, and showcased in the newly installed Le Cruvinet Preservation System.
