Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
We've reimagined the arrival experience to ensure you can come and go with peace of mind. From the moment you check in at the AC Hotel Fort Worth Downtown, you'll find a fun and relaxing atmosphere that takes cleanliness into account without compromising on experience.

We have placed signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing. Additionally, we have modified the placement of furniture to support our Social Distancing protocol and we ask all guests to leave a minimum of 6 feet of distance between one another for their protection and the protection of others. Hand Sanitizer stations are available throughout the property.

Check In / Check Out
Front desk has temporary physical barriers installed for added protection. For those looking for a contactless experience, our Mobile App can be used for Mobile check-in and mobile key.
In-room housekeeping service will not be provided during your stay for the safety of our employees as well as our guests. Rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols will be used to clean guest rooms 48-72 hours post departure.

Additional linens, towels and toiletries are available by contact free delivery by an AC team member.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, face masks required in public areas
  • Lounges: Open, face masks required for entry.
The AC Kitchen is open with a variety of made-to-order items as well as a to-go offerings.

The AC Lounge is open with seating capacity based on current local and state guidelines.

The AC Store will provide grab-and-go options daily.
