Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, check temperature upon entering the hotel, wear masks, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Current government guidelines state that all guest are required to wear a mask in public spaces, unless they are eating/drinking.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Soon to open.
Spa: Soon to open, reservation is required.
Restaurants: Open, reservation is required, maximum 5 people per table, 2 hours maximum per reservation
Sridan: Open daily from 6am to 10.30pm, daily
Fuego: Open from 4pm to 11pm, Monday to Saturday
Shanghai Club: Open from 5pm 11pm, Monday to Thursday and Friday from 2pm to 7pm
Pool Deck: Open from 12pm to 6pm, daily

The team needs to check the temperature of guests upon entering the restaurants.

  • Breakfast: Breakfast being serve at all day dining same goes to guest with lounge access, a specified area provided for them. It's start from 6:00AM to 10:30AM
  • Lounge Access: For lounge access it is entitled for executive paying guest, suite paying guest and for the top tier elite members which are Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador Elite. Breakfast is offered at all day dining specified area from 6AM to 10:30AM and Happy hour is serve as well from 5:30PM to 7:30PM with set menu (cycle menu) included with 2 alcoholic drinks base on selection provided, soft drinks and chilled juices.
  • Welcome Gift: Welcome gift is offered upon check in, front office agent will ask guest from the selection and delivered after according to their choice.
  • Late Check-Out: Late check out request are granted upon availability. Top 3 tier Elite Bonvoy members are considered given the timing they are entitled for as part of their benefits.
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: We do acknowledge the practice of mobile check in/check out.
