Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
The Health, safety and security of our guests and associates remain our highest priority as always. We are closely monitoring the measures and instruction from the Ministry of Public Health and WHO and have implemented enhanced contactless experiences such as QR code menus, collaterals and online check-in.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean and to ensure the highest possible level of cleanliness we have reinforced our housekeeping procedures for the safety of our guests. Removing high touch amenities from public areas and guest rooms, enhanced cleaning schedule and sanitization in regular intervals, personal protective equipment for all associates based on the tasks they are performing, masks & sanitizers available in all guest rooms  and disinfectant wipes and gloves are available upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services daily. If you'd like to receive any additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

  • Breakfast: Breakfast being serve at all day dining same goes to guest with lounge access, a specified area provided for them. It's start from 6:00AM to 10:30AM
  • Lounge Access: For lounge access it is entitled for executive paying guest, suite paying guest and for the top tier elite members which are Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador Elite. Breakfast is offered at all day dining specified area from 6AM to 10:30AM and Happy hour is serve as well from 5:30PM to 7:30PM with set menu (cycle menu) included with 2 alcoholic drinks base on selection provided, soft drinks and chilled juices.
  • Welcome Gift: Welcome gift is offered upon check in, front office agent will ask guest from the selection and delivered after according to their choice.
  • Late Check-Out: Late check out request are granted upon availability. Top 3 tier Elite Bonvoy members are considered given the timing they are entitled for as part of their benefits.
