Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels has been set to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local regulations, and partitions are installed at front desks and food & beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders are delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Valet service is still available for parking by our team trained on cleaning protocols but self-parking is available too.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean and the Qatar Clean Program, we have implemented several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in the guest rooms. These practices include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning

  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators. Hand sanitizing stations have been set throughout the hotel in all relevant areas.


Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  • Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
  • As per local law, guests are required to wear personal face coverings in public spaces such as the lobby, resort areas and restaurants.

Room Amenities
  • Sanitation kits including hand sanitizer, face mask and disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Electrostatic Spraying
  • We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols on luggage at the entrance, in public washrooms, guest rooms and on gym equipment at Sheraton Fitness.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

Sheraton Fitness

In line with government precautionary measures to ensure your health and safety, please note that only guests who can provide a proof of COVID-19 vaccination (EHTERAZ with matching ID) will be allowed to access the gyms at Sheraton Fitness, book racket sports, group fitness classes and spa treatments.
Sheraton Fitness reserves the right to cancel your appointment at any time if this requirement is not met.


Pool & Beach

Guests who are not vaccinated may still enjoy the use of the pool and beach upon presentation of an EHTERAZ App with Green Status.

Our 9 restaurants, lounges and bars are now open for dine-in!

 

Please be informed that in line with government precautionary measures to ensure your health and safety, access to the indoor areas are reserved for fully-vaccinated guests. Non-vaccinated guests may still dine outdoor at the terrace of La Veranda or Pool Cafe.

 

In-house guests who are not fully-vaccinated may still book a stay with breakfast, and it will be provided through in-room dining.

Gym | 24/7 for members and in-house guests
Reception, Tennis & Squash courts | 7:00 am to midnight
Swimming Pool | 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Beach & Watersports | 8:00 am to sunset
Massage Services | 9:00 am to 9:00 pm

 

Capacity
Please note that in accordance with the current local regulations, all Sheraton Fitness facilities will only welcome guests up to a maximum capacity of 40% at any given time. We recommend that you reserve in advance.


Conditions of Entry
Access to the indoor facilities is limited for 10 fully-vaccinated guests or 5 non-vaccinated guests only, with prior reservation required. Access to the outdoor facilities is available for up to 20 vaccinated or 10 non-vaccinated guests with no more than 5 people allowed to gather. Private kids activities and classes have resumed although the kids playground remains closed.


Precautionary Measures
The status of your EHTERAZ App along with your temperature will be verified prior to accessing the facilities. Social distancing and wearing of face masks will be implemented at all times. Please be compliant for your safety and the safety of others.
