Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
In line with directive from authorities and their ongoing efforts to safeguard public health, we have enhanced our cleaning protocols and implemented social distancing to ensure that our hotel remains a clean, hygienic and comfortable environment for our guests and our hotel employees.

Signage is placed throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, capacities reductions in our rooms, pools and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with a local directive from authorities and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

All restaurant furniture are sanitized after guest use and cutlery as well and packed individually, digital menus are being implemented by using QR Code.

Mobile check-in, service requests, room and food and beverage amenities upon request and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Valet service is available for parking with use of protective equipment.
In line with Marriott Commitment to Clean, we have enhanced our cleaning procedures throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Room Amenities:
  • In-room amenities and food and beverage amenities (mini bar) are currently available upon request.
  • Face coverings, gloves and sanitizers are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Housekeeping Services: Additionally, within our efforts to limit personal contact and reduce the number of times an associate enters guest room, the service will be provided only after every third day of guests stay. If guests would like to get additional amenities and housekeeping services, preferences can but adjusted at any time.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to our guests while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Heavenly Spa: Open, social distancing and reservation required.
Westin Workout Fitness Studio: Open, face masks required at all times, reservation required.
