Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
We have placed signage throughout the hotel to remind our guests to maintain social distancing. Our outlets and Banquet space are operating with a reduced occupancy to ensure that tables are spread apart to ensure the safety of our Guests and Associates. All measures taken are in compliance with local Government Mandate.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders are delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy Mobile App.

All welcome areas in the hotel are equipped with sanitizer and menus are QR coded to ensure a minimum contact with hotel Service Associates.

Guests will notice additions to our cleaning regime in keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean Guideline and Qatar Clean Program, designed to set an even higher standard of cleanliness for the hotels. Specific areas of focus include:

 

  • Public spaces, we have added to our already rigorous cleaning protocols, requiring that surfaces are thoroughly treated with hospital-grade disinfectants and that this cleaning is done with increased frequency.
  • In guest rooms, we have likewise added to our rigorous protocols, requiring that all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectants.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.


Room Amenities

 

  • In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery .
  • Disinfectant wipes and a complete sanitary kit is available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times except when exercising, Ehteraz must be presented at the entrance with a temperature check. Reservations are needed as there is a reduced capacity in line with Government Directives.
  • Spa: Opening Soon, reservation required, face mask required, guest will need to show his Ehetraz App.
  • Beach: Open with reduced capacity in line with Government Directives. Face mask is required in the Public Spaces.
  • Kids Club / Playground: Closed until further notice
  • Outlets: Operating on Normal Schedule, limited capacity and reservation is needed. Ehteraz App must be presented and face masks must be worn off guest tables.
  • Lounges: Open, face masks required for entry.
Specific measure have been taken in all our Food & Beverage outlets to ensure the safety of our Guests and Associates.

Food handlers and supervisors have been trained on safe preparation and service practices.
F&B operations teams are conducting regular self-inspections using the company's food safety standards as guidelines, and compliance is validated by independent audits.

We have modified our operational practices for in-room dining and designed new approaches to buffets.

Contact is minimized with both Guests and Associates through the set up of our dining venues, and menus being QR Coded.

Our dining venues are all open with a reduced capacity to ensure Social Distancing. Reservation in all outlets is needed, face masks must be worn throughout the Public Spaces and Ehteraz must be presented at the entrance of all our dining venues.
