Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Greetings upon arrival use 15"/6" greetings to maintain appropriate social distancing. Avoid shake hands.
Reception counter with Barrier to provide social distancing with guest during check in process. Contactless transaction is available.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, restaurant and gym as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face mask, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: We have replaced all paper stationary, In Room Dining menus with a QR code information in order to minimize risks. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest.
  • Face Masks: Available at reception upon guest's request.

Daily room cleaning or as per guest's request

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Gym: Open 24 hours, face mask required at all times. Occupancy limit applied, hand sanitizer provided.
  • Tebu Merah restaurant and pool bar: Open, face mask is required at all times except during having meals
  • Room service: Open as per schedule, orders delivered right to your door or as per guest's request
Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served at our Tebu Merah restaurant. The pool bar is also open for snacks and refreshments. All of our venues and banquet spaces have been adapted to comply with the local law and are limited to 50% of total capacity and 1m between tables. We do not offer a breakfast buffet, but will offer an a la carte menu instead. We also have replaced all paper menus with QR code information at each venue in order to minimize risks.

Indonesian citizens are eligible to travel as long as a COVID-19 free result Health Certificate is presented. For departures from regions that do not have a COVID-19 test facility, travelers may substitute it with a Health Certificate showing symptom-free influenza-like illnesses issued by a hospital/community health center doctor.

Outbound Indonesia: Travelers are advised to refer to each destination country's policy and information from the government, embassy, and related authority's website or IATA Travel Center here.

 

Inbound Indonesia: Foreign travelers are not allowed to enter or transit in Indonesia. Foreign travelers with an exemption to enter Indonesian territory, please refer to the Regulation of Indonesian Minister of Law and Human Rights No.11 of 2020. Health Certificate Validity
Based on COVID-19 Handling Acceleration Force letter, the acceptable period of Health Certificates based on COVID-19 test type results are as follows:

 

  • Health Certificate with a non-reactive Rapid test result is valid for a maximum of 14 days from the health facility issuance. Limited to passengers with flight destined to Biak, results are valid for a maximum of 7 days from the health facility issuance.
  • Health Certificate with a negative PCR/Swab test result is valid for a maximum of 14 days from the health facility issuance. Limited to passengers with International flights to Jakarta/Surabaya/Denpasar, the PCR/Swab test results are valid for a maximum of 7 days from the health facility issuance.
