Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with guidance from Marriott's Commitment to Clean and Indonesian government.
  • Hand sanitizer and handwashing stations are available in high-traffic areas.
  • Partitions have been installed at front desks.
  • Self-parking is recommended, valet service is available on request. Due to limited on-site parking, please contact the hotel in advance.
  • We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for faster, contactless check-in. You will still be required to present an ID upon arrival.
  • Contact our Guest Services team throughout your stay via the Mobile Chat option.
  • Luggage assistance is available on request. All bags will be disinfected before being delivered to your room.
  • Face masks/coverings are required to be worn in hotel public areas.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided hand sanitizing and handwashing stations in high traffic areas.
  • Housekeeping services: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. Housekeeping services will be provided every day. You will be advised to wait outside the room while we do the housekeeping services.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face masks/coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face masks/coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade, Marriott-approved disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols in high traffic/public areas and function facilities.

Room Amenities:


  • Minibars - Empty and sanitized for your safety.
  • Literature including flyers, magazines and books has been removed from rooms.
  • Coffee & Tea facility - Sanitized for your safety.
  • Hotel information and room service menu are available digitally through QR code.
  • Disinfectant wipes provided in rooms, face masks available on request.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Open, reduced capacity to maximum 3 people per session, time limit applies. Advance booking is required.
  • Swimming Pools: Open, reduced capacity. Time limit may be in place at peak times to enable enhanced cleaning protocols.
  • Spa: Closed until further notice.
  • Kids Club: Open, reduced capacity. Advance booking is required.

To ensure we can deliver great services while complying with local regulations, we have revised service across our Restaurants and Bars as follows:


  • Reduced capacity in all restaurants and bars to reinforce social distancing. Tables are kept at a distance of 2 meter apart.
  • Restaurant and bars opening times have been adjusted, please check the website for the latest opening times.
  • Digital menus via QR codes are available in all areas.
  • Advance booking is recommended.
  • We strongly recommend the use of room charge or credit/debit card payments. Cash payments can only be accepted under special circumstances where the aforementioned payment methods are not viable.
  • Room service is available as normal.

  • The Eatery: Our all-day dining restaurant specializing in comfort food and authentic local cuisine. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • The Best Brew: Our open-air, roadside urban beer garden, serving local beers and barbecue. Open for lunch and dinner.
  • Wrapped: Our lobby café, serving freshly brewed coffees, homemade pastries and afternoon tea. Open for lunch and dinner.
  • Vertigo Rooftop Pool & Bar: Our rooftop restaurant and bars, serving refreshing drinks, cocktails and tapas. Open for lunch and dinner.

For the health and safety of our guests and associates, the following precautions may be in place during your event:


  • Social distancing measure of two-meter apart, which may include one-way system, space capacity limits in public areas (e.g. restrooms, lifts).
  • A personal hand sanitizer on each participant's table as well as hand sanitizer stations in public areas, event spaces. Face masks are available on request for all guests.
  • Single use cutlery, cups, water bottles/cans, function rooms linen-less table setup.
  • Enhanced Cleaning Protocols including but not limited to: disinfect all equipment setup before/after meeting, routine cleaning throughout the day of high-touch areas.
  • Food will be served in individual portions. Buffet service will be available upon request and will follow strict hygiene measures. Buffet stations will be staffed and served by our associates.
  • Staggered arrivals, departures and breaks may be in place. Queuing may be required.
  • Group lead contact details will be kept with our safety and security team to support government contact tracing initiative.

Our dedicated event planner will work with event organizers on the implementation of protocols and procedures specific to your event.

Indonesian citizens are eligible to travel as long as a COVID-19 free result Health Certificate is presented. Additionally, travelers are required to provide specific documentation based on their category and destination upon traveling. Click Travel Restrictions to Indonesia for more detailed information.

For departures from regions that do not have a COVID-19 test facility, travelers may substitute it with a Health Certificate showing symptom-free influenza-like illnesses issued by a hospital/community health center doctor.

Outbound Indonesia: Travelers are advised to refer to each destination country's policy and information from the government, embassy, and related authority's website or IATA Travel Center here.

Inbound Indonesia: Foreign travelers are not allowed to enter or transit in Indonesia. Health Certificate Validity

Based on COVID-19 Handling Acceleration Force letter, the acceptable period of Health Certificates based on COVID-19 test type results are as follows:


  • Health Certificate with a non-reactive Rapid test result is valid for a maximum of 14 days from the health facility issuance. Limited to passengers with flight destined to Biak, results are valid for a maximum of 7 days from the health facility issuance.
  • Health Certificate with a negative PCR/Swab test result is valid for a maximum of 14 days from the health facility issuance. Limited to passengers with International flights to Jakarta/Surabaya/Denpasar, the PCR/Swab test results are valid for a maximum of 7 days from the health facility issuance.
