Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • We have provided signage throughout our resort to remind guests to maintain social distancing, and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants as well as banquets set up in compliance with local and state mandates. Partitions are installed at Front Desks and service lines. Touchless hand sanitizers are provided throughout the resort. The use of face mask is highly recommended for all guests and mandatory for employees and guests are provided with face masks free of charge upon arrival.
  • Mobile check-in and key together with other service requests are available through the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, lobbies, restaurants and pool bar, spa, gym and provide more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. As per local law, guests are also obliged to wear personal face coverings. We provide face masks and travel kit free of charge to the guests.
  • Room Amenities: We have replaced hotel information and spa menus with a QR code information. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We provide housekeeping cleaning services daily and should you prefer to have additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

 

  • Fitness Center: Open with reduced capacity, advance booking required. Time limit may be in place at peak times to enable enhanced cleaning protocols. Face masks are provided.
  • Swimming Pool: Open with reduced capacity. Time limit may be in place at peak times to enable enhanced cleaning protocols.
  • Spa: Open with advance booking required. Guests are required to take a shower prior and after treatment. Equipment are sanitized prior and after treatment.
All-day dining are served at Seminyak Kitchen Restaurant. The pool bar is also open for light snacks as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments. All of our venues, opening hours and banquet spaces have been adapted to comply with the local law and are limited to 50% of total capacity and 1.5 meters between tables. We also have replaced all paper menus with QR code information at each Food & Beverage outlet.

Indonesian citizens are eligible to travel as long as a COVID-19 free result Health Certificate is presented. For departures from regions that do not have a COVID-19 test facility, travelers may substitute it with a Health Certificate showing symptom-free influenza-like illnesses issued by a hospital/community health center doctor.

Outbound Indonesia: Travelers are advised to refer to each destination country's policy and information from the government, embassy, and related authority's website or IATA Travel Center here.
 

Inbound Indonesia: Foreign travelers are not allowed to enter or transit in Indonesia. Foreign travelers with an exemption to enter Indonesian territory, please refer to the Regulation of Indonesian Minister of Law and Human Rights No.11 of 2020. Health Certificate Validity


Based on COVID-19 Handling Acceleration Force letter, the acceptable period of Health Certificates based on COVID-19 test type results are as follows:

 

  • Health Certificate with a non-reactive Rapid test result is valid for a maximum of 14 days from the health facility issuance. Limited to passengers with flight destined to Biak, results are valid for a maximum of 7 days from the health facility issuance.
  • Health Certificate with a negative PCR/Swab test result is valid for a maximum of 14 days from the health facility issuance. Limited to passengers with International flights to Jakarta/Surabaya/Denpasar, the PCR/Swab test results are valid for a maximum of 7 days from the health facility issuance.
