Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing minimum 1,5 meters, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with Indonesian government guidance and partitions installed at welcome desk and concierge desk and also beverage and food lines.
  • Temperature checks for everyone including guests and talent entering the hotel premises.
  • Hand wash stations and hand sanitizers in all areas; frequent disinfection of all equipment including your bags before being delivered to your room.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Guest elevators to operate with new and adjusted determined maximum capacity to ensure social distancing, reflecting the number of guests permitted at one time.
  • Face mask for guests is mandatory to be worn in hotel public areas.
  • Self-Parking recommended, valet service available on request.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face masks.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:


  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival including mini bar.
  • Literature including Magazines, Books has been removed from rooms.
  • Disinfectant wipes are provided in the room including face masks and hand sanitizer.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest.  We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • FIT (Gym): Open, face masks required. Open with max 50% capacity and considering an equipment rotation in peak period.
  • AWAY Spa: Open, reservation required

We have modified the service and seating standards across our Restaurants and Bars. Digital menus are available via QR codes in all areas. We strongly recommend advance booking, use of contactless payments or credit/debit card payments. No shared equipment for the buffet counter and all food will be served by talent. Guests are not allowed to serve themselves.


  • FIRE: Hotel's restaurant featuring flame-cooked prime meats and ocean-fresh seafood. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • Starfish Bloo: Our favorite beachside restaurant featuring Pan Asian flavors with Western essence and sizzling seafood delicacies. For the time being, the restaurant is temporarily closed.
  • Woobar: Beachfront bar with magical sunsets paired with captivating tunes and signature cocktails. Open from morning until late.
  • W Lounge: Not your average lobby lounge, offering you an unusual high tea, beverages, coffee, mouthwatering pastry, innovative cake and other delectable grab-and-go food. Open from 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
  • In-Room Dining: Room service orders will be delivered at door step to minimize contact.

For the Health and Safety of our Guests & Associates, the following precautions are in place during your event:


  • Social distancing measure of more than two meter which include space capacity limits in public areas and hall set up.
  • Hand sanitizer stations in public areas and event spaces. Temperature check upon arrival and face masks are mandatory for all guests.
  • Vendors are also required to follow the same protocols.
  • Optional single use cutlery, cups, water bottles/cans for all attendees are available.
  • Enhanced Cleaning Protocols including but not limited to: disinfect all equipment setup before/after meeting, routine cleaning throughout the day of high-touch areas and audio visual equipments.
  • For small group size of less than 25 pax, food may be pre-boxed/pre-packed.
  • Increased number of assisted buffet counters for group size above 25 pax.
  • Staggered arrivals, departures and breaks. Queuing may be required.

Indonesian citizens are eligible to travel as long as a COVID-19 free result Health Certificate is presented. Additionally, travelers are required to provide specific documentation based on their category and destination upon traveling. Click Travel Restrictions to Indonesia for more detailed information.

For departures from regions that do not have a COVID-19 test facility, travelers may substitute it with a Health Certificate showing symptom-free influenza-like illnesses issued by a hospital/community health center doctor.

Outbound Indonesia: Travelers are advised to refer to each destination country's policy and information from the government, embassy, and related authority's website or IATA Travel Center here.

Inbound Indonesia: Foreign travelers are not allowed to enter or transit in Indonesia. Foreign travelers with an exemption to enter Indonesian territory, please refer to the Regulation of Indonesian Minister of Law and Human Rights No.11 of 2020. Health Certificate Validity

Based on COVID-19 Handling Acceleration Force letter, the acceptable period of Health Certificates based on COVID-19 test type results are as follows:


  • Health Certificate with a non-reactive Rapid test result is valid for a maximum of 14 days from the health facility issuance. Limited to passengers with flight destined to Biak, results are valid for a maximum of 7 days from the health facility issuance.
  • Health Certificate with a negative PCR/Swab test result is valid for a maximum of 14 days from the health facility issuance. Limited to passengers with International flights to Jakarta/Surabaya/Denpasar, the PCR/Swab test results are valid for a maximum of 7 days from the health facility issuance.
