Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.

Signage throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging guests to stand at least 6 feet apart. Occupancy limits and seating capacities reduced in our restaurant & lounge in compliance with local and state mandates. Plexiglas partitions installed at the Front Desk and WestinWORKOUT™ Fitness Studio.

 

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to also wear face coverings while on property in the public areas.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

 

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our Guest Services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • WestinWORKOUT™ Fitness Studio: open daily from 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • In-door Heated Pool & Hot Tub: temporarily closed until further notice
  • Reflection's Lounge: open daily for dine-in only dinner service from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Last call for food is at 10:30 p.m. Last call for drinks is at 10:45 p.m.
  • Reflection's Restaurant: open daily for dine-in only breakfast and lunch service from 6 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
  • In-Room Dining: delivering directly to your guest room daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. 
  • Westin Executive Club Lounge: temporarily closed until further notice
  • Westin Valet: open 24 hours, face coverings required for entry into the hotel
  • TSA Checkpoint in Hotel Lobby: open daily with modified hours

Mobile dining is available via the Marriott Bonvoy ™ mobile app with room service orders delivered directly to your door.

Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the Marriott Bonvoy Mobile App when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
