Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local government guidelines, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Cleaning products and protocols: A frequent cleaning and sanitising program for all public areas and high touch points is in place throughout the hotel. We use industry leading cleaning and sanitising products and protocols mandated by Irish and European authorities that have been approved for use against viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens.
  • Hand sanitising: There are hand sanitising facilities in all areas of the hotel, particularly near doors and entrances, lifts, restrooms and other high traffic areas. We also keep a small supply of hand sanitiser at the hotel reception and with our Guests Relations Team.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members are wearing PPE and training has been provided on how to wear and remove PPE safely. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Disinfectant wipes and hand sanitisers are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
Morelands Grill: Open, masks required for entry.
Atrium Lounge: Open, masks required for entry.
Mint Bar: currently closed, will reopen at a later date. All food and beverage requirements are catered for in the Atrium Lounge or Morelands Grill
Fitness Center: Open, masks required at all times.

Following the recent government restrictions announced for Dublin, Morelands Grill and the Atrium Lounge will be closed to non residents until the 27th October while the Westin Dublin remains open for hotel residents.
