Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

For the time being we do not offer luggage storage and do not accept parcel deliveries for guests.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations. Key cards and pens are collected and disinfected prior to new guests.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required by law to wear personal face coverings in hallways, elevators and public spaces.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: Reduced room amenities in order to keep contact points to a minimum. Additional amenities can be delivered at any time upon request. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

Fitness Center: closed due to government regulations
Sauna: closed due to government regulations
Restaurants and bars: closed due to government regulations
Club Lounge: closed due to limited space

  • Take-away breakfast boxes
  • Pick up time of breakfast take-away boxes at the entrance of the restaurant: from Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 9:30 am and on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 7 am to 10 am.
  • Restaurant, Bistro and Bar am Park will remain closed until further notice
  • Room Service from 6 pm until 9 pm, contactless delivery
  • Club Lounge temporary closed due to insufficient space to keep minimum distance required
  • Commitment to Clean as well in all public areas which means a much higher frequency in disinfecting all areas of high use
  • Masks are required by German law in all public areas and meeting facilities
  • Personal protection equipment for all our associates serving you
  • In order to enable the tracking of COVID-19 infections, we are legally obliged to collect contact data and information about their visits from our guests. After 4 weeks those will be destroyed
  • Disinfection is available for guests at several locations in the hotel
  • Emptied Minibars
  • Touching points for guests and associates are minimizes as well as use of generic menus, decorations and reusable equipment
  • Complying with the German regulation regarding distance between tables as well as floor marks to keep distance or directional signage to show the guests how to move

In order to enable the tracking of COVID-19 infections, we are legally obliged to collect contact data and information about their visits from our guests. The contact details will be kept for a period of four weeks and then destroyed. You are not obliged to provide your contact details; however, if you do not provide us with your contact details, we are currently unfortunately unable to serve you as our guest.
There are various corona protection regulations in the different federal states, which can be constantly changed to suit the new situation. We are obliged to act in accordance with this regulation. Please familiarize yourself with the regulation before your trip to meet the relevant requirements.
