In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations. Key cards and pens are collected and disinfected prior to new guests.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. Housekeeping will be provided daily. If you would like to modify this service, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you. 
These can be used as follows:
•    Fitness Center: open 24/7, without any access regulations
•    Sauna: Our wellness area with 2 saunas, steam bath and rainforest showers open upon request. Please reach out to our front desk staff and let them know about your preferred timing.
•    Club Lounge: temporarily closed 
•    Restaurants and bars: open during times mentioned under the FOOD & BEVERAGE OFFERINGS section. 

  • Buffet breakfast with self service in the Restaurant am Park.
  • Breakfast times: Monday - Friday from 6:30am to 10.30am and on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 7am to 11am. 
  • Restaurant am Park will remain closed until further notice.
  • Bistro am Park are open daily from 12 m to 10:30pm.
  • Bar am Park are open daily from 12pm to 11pm.
  • Room Service from 6am until 10.30pm.
  • Club Lounge temporarily closed. 


  • Commitment to Clean as well in all public areas which means a much higher frequency in disinfecting all areas of high use

Until the re-opening of the ClubLounge: As a loyal Marriott Bonvoy guest with the benefit of lounge access, we would like to offer you an evening snack in our restaurant from Monday to Friday, from 7pm - 10pm (closing time). On weekends and public holidays you will receive a similar small offer at the bar / bistro in the evening at the same time. Our restaurant team will greet you there and grant you access after checking. We would like to point out that the offer is only available to guests with a Platinum Elite status. We are happy to offer this service to members, Gold Elites and Silver Elites for an additional payment of € 30. The food and drinks are available to you in the restaurant during the mentioned time, according to the standard related to the lounge service and we thank you for your understanding not to take them out of the restaurant.
