Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • COVID-19 safety signages installed in all relevant areas.
  • Social distancing of all sun beds.
  • Social distancing managers to ensure compliance of the social distancing guidelines.
  • COVID-19 awareness and prevention trainings for all associates, contractors and vendors.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • In addition we have partnered with a Dubai Municipality-approved disinfection company to further enhance cleaning and disinfection practices.
  • Dubai Municipality-approved chemicals for laundry at the recommended high temperature.
  • Dubai Municipality-approved sterilisation tunnel at all staff entrances.
  • Hygiene kit in all rooms.
  • Disinfection of guest rooms after guest check-out.
  • Disinfection process in place for all hotel vehicles.
  • Temperature checks of all staff at entry and exit.
  • Increase in pool water treatment and in monitoring frequency.
  • Ecolab performed a risk assessment and training for laundry and housekeeping staff with regards to chemical handling for COVID-19.
  • Awarded ‘A Gold' Grade from Dubai Municipality Food Safety Department for maintaining the highest standards for food safety.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times, social distancing regulations to be followed.
  • Spa: Open, reservation required, social distancing regulations to be followed.
  • Beach: Open.
  • Kids Club: Closed until further notice.
  • Restaurant and Lounges: Open, face masks required for entry, social distancing regulations to be followed.

The majority of our food and beverage venues are open for you to enjoy your dining experience. With your safety and well being a top priority, we have put in place all necessary precautionary measures.

 

  • Social distancing and temperature checks at all entrances, restaurants and bars.
  • Disposable menus and QR code menus in all outlets.
  • Touchless payments options available.
  • Separation screens in all reception desks, restaurants, spas, gyms and counters.
  • Face masks, gloves and hand sanitising stations have been installed at hotel entrances and food & beverage outlets.
