Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Delta by Marriott, Jumeirah Beach has implemented signage throughout the hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits, and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local regulations, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Temperature checks are implemented for all guests and associates coming in the property, and hand-sanitizing stations are available throughout the hotel.
  • Mobile check-in and key available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.
  • Face masks are mandatory in all public areas according to the local health and safety regulations.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates and guests are required to wear masks at all times. Additional PPE (e.g., gloves, etc.) are used based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. Guests can opt-in for breakfast to be served in the comfort of their own room, and can opt-in to select when and if they would like our Housekeeping team to service their room.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times.
  • Massage Center: Open, reservation required.
  • Hair Salon: Open, face masks required at all times.
  • Lounges: Open, face masks required at all times.
  • Pool: Open, face masks required for entry.
  • All of our restaurants and bars are currently open. Following the local regulations, guests must be sat at their table, and no bar service is available. Face masks must be worn to enter the venues, and temperature checks are performed at the entrance.
  • Contactless QR-code menus are available, as well as contactless payment options.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and other high-touch areas as well as provided hand sanitizers on all tables.
