Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
• Mobile check-in, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
• Face masks provided on request.
• Hotel cleans and sanitizes public areas and publicly accessible facilities every two hours or more if necessary.
• Assistance with luggage is available.
• No valet service is currently available for parking.

Please note that wearing a face mask in the public areas of the hotel is mandatory as per UAE Government guidelines.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
Electrostatic Spraying. We're utilizing Ecolab recommended disinfectants for including electrostatic sprayers, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide daily housekeeping cleaning services while you are away from the room. If you'd like to opt out of receiving daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will amend your service request.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:
Fitness Centre: Open 24 hours
Swimming Pool: Open from 7:00am - 9:00pm
Cafe 26:
• Weekday: 6:30am - 10:00am / 12:00pm - 10:00pm
• Weekend: 7:00am - 10:30am / 12:00pm - 10:00pm

In Room Dining:
• Breakfast available from 06:30am – 12:30pm (last order) daily.
• All Day Menu available from 6:30pm - 11:00pm daily
