Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

In ensuring social distancing & enhanced contactless experience at the hotel we have implemented several enhancements. These include:

 

  • Appropriate signage & stickers have been placed in all public areas to remind guests to maintain a safe distance.
  • We have also stationed staff in & around the hotel to ensure a safe distance is maintained between guests at all times.
  • Occupancy limits and seating arrangements have been reorganized in all public areas and restaurants to meet requirements as specified by the local authority.
  • Check In & Check Out services are now available via the Marriott Bonvoy Mobile Application.
  • Valet service is currently unavailable for parking at the hotel.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection to every 30 minutes, particularly in areas with high traffic & high touch points including restrooms, elevators, escalators, door knobs, hand rails etc.

Sanitizer stations have been fitted around the hotel.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All staff members are required to wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are also required to wear personal face masks in and around the hotel at all times.

We are utilizing enhanced technologies including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants approved by the local authority, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

All pools are regularly disinfected every one hour to ensure cleanliness.

All linens are packed in sanitized covers to avoid contamination during transporting.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 3 days.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open, masks required for entry.

Spa: Currently Closed, reservation is required and masks are mandatory for entry.

Rooms: Selected Room Categories are Open, reservation is required and masks are mandatory at all times in public areas


Lounges: Currently Closed, masks required for entry.

Pools: The Spa & Fitness Pools are Open, masks required for entry

To ensure utmost safety of our guests we have implemented measures in all our food and beverage venues. These Include:

Mandatory use of "Personal Protective Equipment's" PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) in and around the venues for all staff. Guests are requested to wear protective face masks to enter the venue.

Seating arrangements & restaurant capacity has been altered to meet the requirements of the local authority.

Prior reservations are recommended to confirm seating allocation.

Tables and chairs are thoroughly disinfected immediately after use.
