Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage's throughout the property remind guests to maintain social distancing, explains occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local regulations.

All high traffic areas and touch points are cleaned and disinfected at increased frequency, sanitizing stations are available across the hotel for your convenience and all visitor temperatures are monitored upon entering the premises. Partitions are installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines as enhanced prevention measures.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection all around the hotel with a high focus in areas with high traffic such as restrooms, elevators, our lobby as well as provided numerous hand free sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required by local law to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are sanitized after every check-out and amenities fully refreshed. Mini-bar services are available on request. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest. Face masks are made available on request.
  • Housekeeping Service: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not automatically provide housekeeping every day to minimize guest rooms frequentation.
  • Should you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 3rd night.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

 

  • Fitness Center: Open in compliance with local regulations, face masks required at all times,
  • Rooftop Pool: Open in compliance with local regulations.
  • Spa: Massage services available, prior reservation required. Spa currently closed.
  • Restaurants and In-Room Dining: Open, face masks required for entry of restaurants.
In our restaurants, we offer contactless dining with digital menus and reduced seating capacities in compliance with local mandates.

Modified operational practices for in-room dining, no self-service buffets, all food handlers are fully trained on safe food preparation and service practices. Self- and independent audits in accordance with food safety standards are being carried regularly.
