Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. Disinfectant wipes are for every arriving guest upon request. Our resort has been fully disinfected prior to opening in accordance with Dubai Health Authorities guidelines and specifications.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection at high-volume areas and regularly touched surfaces, especially in public areas and enhanced the cleaning and disinfecting protocols for our guest rooms. Please be assured that all our associates are trained on safe service practices. You will find sanitation stations available throughout the resort.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

If you feel more comfortable to dine in the privacy of your room, we have In-Room Dining available from 07:00AM - 10:00PM. From 10:00PM to 07:00AM, we have a Grab & Go Menu available. You will find the menu in your room, which is a one-time use only menu. These charges will be charged directly to your room account.


For our Half Board and Full Board guests, lunch is included in Fish, Bussola or via Beach & Pool Service. Dinner is included in Fish, Bussola, El Sur or Sui Mui only. Please contact our Guest Services team to make your reservation for lunch and dinner timings accordingly due to limited seating availability. Bubbalicious Brunch is not included in Half Board or Full Board packages.
