Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout the hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and wear face masks. Sanitizer stations throughout public areas and seating capacity reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local mandates, and partitions installed at front desks.
  • All menus are online using QR codes or single-use at the Escape.
  • All guests are required to have their temperature checked on entering the hotel.
  • Mobile check-in and mobile key service requests via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Valet service is currently not available for parking.- guests encouraged to self-park.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (face coverings, gloves) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in public areas.
  • Room Amenities: In-room mix bar is available on request only and in-room compendium is available online via a QR code. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest.  We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • Beach: Open.

  • Akira Back: Open for dinner service from 6pm, advance bookings are required.
  • LIV: Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner.
  • SoBe: Open from 4pm to midnight on weekdays and 4pm to 2am on weekends.
  • WET Deck: Open from 10am - Sunset.
  • Torno Subito: Will re-open on 1st October.
  • W Lounge: Will re-open on 1st October.

Guests are required to social distance with a maximum of 5 people per table. All guests need to wear face masks on entry until seated. All tables are sanitized after every use and menus are either single-use only or online through QR Codes. Each venue has maximum capacity guidelines as per the local authorities.
