Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

In line with Scottish Government restrictions, all Associates and Guests are required to wear a face covering while in the public areas of our hotel, unless exempt.


To limit unnecessary personal contact, we would recommend guests become a member of our loyalty scheme, Marriott Bonvoy and download the Marriott Bonvoy App, to take advantage of contactless check-in, check-out and mobile chat functions, making your stay as safe and seamless as possible.

We are currently not offering valet service for parking. At this time, we would encourage you to avoid paying with cash where possible.

Protecting the wellbeing of our guests and associates is always our top priority but never has it been more important. We have raised our exacting standards to an even higher level and implemented new hygiene and social distancing protocols and scientifically-supported practices as part of Marriott International's Commitment to Clean initiative. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic and have provided a number of hand sanitisation stations throughout.


Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates will wear appropriate PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing. In line with Scottish Government restrictions, Guests are required to wear a face covering in public ares of our hotel, unless exempt.


Room Amenities: You can find all of the usual amenities in your room, like tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Housekeeping: Prior to your arrival, your room will be deep cleaned in line with our elevated, rigorous protocols. Daily housekeeping services will also take place.

One Spa

One Spa's fitness centre, swimming pool, poolside sauna, rooftop Hydropool and Thermal Suite are open. We are also offering a selection of calming spa treatments.

One Spa is open Monday - Friday. 6.30am - 10pm and Saturday and Sunday, 7am - 9pm.

Bar & Terrace

Sunday - Thursday: 12pm - 12am

Friday and Saturday: 12pm - 1am

Our Executive Club Lounge is open for guests staying in Club Rooms, Club & Spa Rooms and Suites. Breakfast is served here from 7am - 10.30am and evening drinks and canapes are available from 5pm - 7pm
