We wanted to outline a few of the changes and enhancements you should expect during your stay - including changes to our amenities, services and facilities.

Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurant in compliance with local mandates, and partitions installed at front desks.
  • Our Front office area is limited so we have it limited to 1 guest check in at a time.
  • Housekeeping and Villa cleaning services- We are only doing room refreshes per request and we will not enter their room without permission.
  • Housekeeping team wears a face mask and gloves when entering and cleaning guest rooms.
  • Engineering team wears a face mask and gloves when entering and working in guest rooms.
  • Room service- We are offering our guest room service, but it will be a contactless delivery and packaged in to go containers so that there is minimal interaction.
  • Pool and spa areas- we have chairs in groups of 2 and those groupings are separated by 6 feet of space. we hand out the pool towels from the front office to avoid people touching towels they do not use. We have sanitizer spray available to spray lounges after use.
  • Fitness center- we have sanitizer dispenser mounted at the entrance and sanitizing wipes available as well for the wipe down of equipment after each use.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, fitness and dining areas as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. We are currently requiring our guest to also wear face coverings while in public areas.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.


Room Amenities

 

  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request
  • All Food and Beverage Pantry items have been removed and are located in our market gift shop area for purchase or can be delivered upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times.
  • Beach: all beach chairs will be placed in groups of 2 and will adhere to the 6 foot distancing guidelines.
  • Restaurant: only outdoor seating is available until further notice and some meal period hours have been reduced.
  • Guest are required to wear face mask when entering the restaurant area but while seated they may be removed.
  • Pool: Towels are located in guest services and the lounge chairs have been spaced to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
Our restaurant 1648 will remain open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with modified hours of operation.
Only outdoor seating is offered at this time for all meal periods.
In room dining: will only be offered as contactless and all items packaged in to go containers.
all team members will wear face mask as well as gloves when preparing all food and beverage orders as well as during delivery.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

Available benefits vary by location and membership tier. At this hotel, please note that we currently offer the following Marriott Bonvoy benefits:

 

  • Breakfast: Our Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador level guest receive a breakfast credit for each day of their stay that may be used in our restaurant.
  • Late Check-Out: Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador guest have the option of a 4pm check out. Gold Members have the option of a 2pm check out and all other member levels are based on availability.
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: All Bonvoy guest are able to use mobile check in and check out
  • Mobile Key: Our property does not have the mobile key option available
  • Mobile Dining: Each guest villa has an I-pad available to place in room dining orders as well as make reservations and request other guest services.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Each guest villa has an I-pad available to place in room dining orders as well as make reservations and request other guest services.
