Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurant and bar in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile check-in, key, and service requests are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Hotel cleans and sanitizes public areas and publicly accessible facilities every two hours or more if necessary.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (face coverings, gloves, etc) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. As per government advice, all guests are required to wear face coverings whilst in public areas of the hotel.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. All in-room magazines and menus including room service and restaurants have been removed and replaced with QR codes.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

The hotel and its outlets are operating on a cashless policy. Resident guests are required to open a secure credit on their own through a valid credit or debit card upon Check-In in order to use services and amenities at the hotel and our outlets at this time. All charges can then be charged to your room account and settled upon Check-Out.

Food Last Orders at 8.30pm each night and the restaurant must be vacated by 10.00pm.
