Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
There are signs in the hotel that remind our guests of the current hygiene measures of local and state regulations. To ensure the safety of our guests and employees, walking routes are marked to restrict contact, wearing mouth and nose protection is required in all public areas of the hotel, access to elevators is only intended for shared households and the seating capacity in our F&B Outlets and at events reduced. Plexiglass panes are located at the reception for safe contact between guests and staff.

There are disinfectant dispensers in the public areas of the hotel, which are checked regularly; the public sanitary areas are regularly cleaned and disinfected.

Mobile check-in and contactless return of room cards are possible. There is currently no room service; cleaning of the rooms for longer stays is done on request.

We have adapted the cleaning processes throughout the hotel to the current challenges and requirements:

 

  • The cleaning and disinfection of public areas has been increased, especially the high-traffic areas such as toilets, elevators and seating. Hand disinfection stations are located on the entire ground floor.
  • All employees wear masks and gloves, if necessary, based on the activities they are performing.
  • We use electrostatic sprayers to ensure surface detection throughout the house.

 


Room Facilities:

 

  • In-room coffeemakers are currently unavailable.
  • Disinfectants are available for each arriving guest and in the room upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We make sure that the official regulations including the distance rules and the wearing of mouth and nose protection are observed in our hotel. In addition, seating capacities in public spaces are reduced.

The changes we made include:

 

  • Fitness and Sauna Area: Closed until further notice.
  • Cultural Events: Take place with a reduced number of guests, contactless ticket control possible.
Weinkost & Bar: Open Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., reduced seating, masks required, outdoor seating is possible (market terrace).

Restaurant AnnA: Open daily, reduced seating, masks required, outdoor seating is possible (garden terrace). Small dishes can be taken away on request.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
