The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
Signage throughout our hotel reminds guests to maintain social distancing. Occupancy limits and seating capacity restrictions are in place at Bayfront Grille in compliance with local and state mandates. Partitions are installed at front desk and food & beverage service lines to protect our guests and associates.

Mobile check-in, mobile key, and service requests are available for a contactless experience via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app. Room service orders are delivered right to your door.
You deserve a clean, safe stay. Our associates deserve a clean, safe workplace. It's with these goals in mind that we developed our new StayConfident program, a comprehensive, five-point cleaning process to ensure the well-being of all who pass through our doors.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in public spaces throughout the hotel.

Electrostatic Spraying. We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities. Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping service automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preference while you are out of the room. Disinfectant wipes are available upon request. Additional linen and bathroom amenities may be requested from the front desk.

Indoor Pool & Whirlpool: Open 6am - 9pm daily. Towels provided. Key card needed for access.

Fitness center: Open 24 hours per day. Key card needed for access.

Club Lounge: Open Weekdays, Closed Weekends. Starbucks coffee, tea, & signature espresso-based drinks, Grab & Go snacks and complimentary non-alcoholic beverages (bottled water & assorted Pepsi products) available all day Monday - Friday. We would like to thank you for your continued loyalty as an elite Marriott Bonvoy member with $30 or 40% off your meal at Bayfront Grille. Please see the front desk for a voucher on arrival. Limit one voucher per room.

Early Check In: If you wish to check in prior to 4 pm, it will be an additional 50 USD before 1 pm or 25 USD before 4 pm. Please contact the front desk for availability.

Late Check Out: If you wish to have a late check out, it will be an additional 10 USD per hour after 11am. Please contact the front desk for availability.

Bayfront Grille is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner offering indoor dining or outdoor patio seating. Private Dining Room is available for rentals through our sales department by calling +1 814-240-7246. Room Service and takeout is also available to guests. Bayfront Grille is closed daily from 2pm - 4pm for sanitization.


To ensure an opportunity to experience our menu, drinks, and service, please make a reservation in advance. We have modified our menu offerings, service methods and capacities to meet all state/local health regulations. We will continue to adjust food and beverage service in accordance with current restaurant and food safety recommendations.

Arriving at Erie International Airport (ERI)? We offer complimentary airport shuttle service daily 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM. A reservation is required by calling +1 814 969-4915.

Local Area Transportation:

Please note, we have been informed that the availability of Uber/Lyft is very limited in Erie especially later into the evening/night. Hansen's Errand Service requires prearranged rides and their hours of operations vary. Please call Hansen's at +1 814-455-1960 for more information.
