Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Signage throughout our hotel reminds guests to maintain social distancing. Occupancy limits and seating capacity restrictions are in place at Bayfront Grille in compliance with local and state mandates. Partitions are installed at front desk and food & beverage service lines to protect our guests and associates.

Mobile check-in, mobile key, and service requests are available for a contactless experience via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app. Room service orders are delivered right to your door.
You deserve a clean, safe stay. Our associates deserve a clean, safe workplace. It's with these goals in mind that we developed our new StayConfident program, a comprehensive, five-point cleaning process to ensure the well-being of all who pass through our doors.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in public spaces throughout the hotel.

Electrostatic Spraying. We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities. In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

Indoor Pool & Whirlpool: Open with limited capacity to allow for social distancing. Masks required except when actively using water amenities.


Fitness Center: Open with limited capacity to allow for social distancing. Masks required except when actively exercising and during brief periods of recovery (up to 2 minutes).


Club Lounge: Open Monday - Friday, Closed Weekends. Grab & Go snacks available all day. Starbucks coffee, tea, & signature espresso-based drinks. Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages.

For the health and safety of our guests and associates, we will be temporarily limiting capacity in Bayfront Grille dine-in services to allow for social distancing until further notice. Delivery (via GrubHub) and takeout will continue to be available during this time. Reservations are recommended for dine-in services.

Check out our new Outdoor Igloo dining experience! Our igloos are up & ready for you to enjoy! Join us on the Bayfront for this unique dining experience with stunning views of Presque Isle Bay, delicious crafted cuisine, & a cozy heated atmosphere.
