Hotel Information

The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
Signage is placed throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, adhere to our state & corporate mask requirement and limiting one family at a time per elevator usage.

We also have partitions installed at the front desk and a distancing guideline for those awaiting service.

Mobile check-in and key, and service requests are available to all our members via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Stayover housekeeping service is available upon request.
We will not enter your room without your consent during your stay.

Staff will adhere to mask & glove uniform requirements while checking you in.
Room keys are disinfected between uses.

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning:

  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, hallways and lobby.
  • We additionally have hand sanitizer available at push-stations throughout the property.
  • Our restrooms have anti-bacterial soap dispensers.

Electrostatic Spraying: 

  • We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

  • Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
  • Guests are required to wear personal face coverings.

In Room:

  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request
  • All four of our in-room cleaning chemicals are EPA List-N certified to neutralize Human Coronavirus.
  • No personnel will enter your guest room unless requested.
  • Stayover housekeeping service is available upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
Fitness Center: We currently are offering usage of our fitness center by appointment only from 8am - 4pm. Appointments are limited to 45 minutes to allow time for staff cleaning after use.

Pool: We currently are offering usage of our Pool by appointment only from 8am - 4pm. Appointments are limited to 45 minutes to allow time for staff cleaning after use.

Dining Room: Our dining room is currently open, however, seating is limited by social distancing standards.
  • We are offering coffee service from 6:30am - 9:30am daily at the breakfast attendant station.
  • We provide grab & go breakfast from the front desk counter from 6:30am - 9:30am daily.
  • Delivery services that cater to our property are: Door Dash, Grub Hub, Uber Eats, and Postmates. Each offer contactless delivery.
  • Our market is available at all hours; we do ask, however, you only touch merchandise you intend to keep.
Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

  • Breakfast: We are currently serving grab & go breakfast from 6:30am - 9:30am each morning.
  • Welcome Gift: Gold members receive 250 points automatically with each check-in. Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador members are welcome to choose between 500 welcome points or an item from our market not including wine.
  • Late Check-Out: We are honoring late checkout requests with respect to status, please contact our desk staff to make arrangements
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Mobile Check-In and Mobile Check-Out are available on the Marriott Bonvoy App. We will also be opening Mobile Check-In up to all guests regardless of their channel of booking as of next month.
  • Mobile Key: Mobile Key is available on the Marriott Bonvoy App. As long as all validation requirements are met you will be provided a digital key to your phone to unlock your room and common area door locks.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Mobile Guest requests are available on the Marriott Bonvoy App at all hours.
