Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.

Upon arrival at the hotel and throughout the building guests are advised to maintain social distancing standards and to wear face masks at all times when in public areas. Areas where guests would typically converge are now noted with spacing indicators and direction on forming lines with other patrons. You'll also find signage outlining local and state mandates in place ensure our common safety.


Mobile check-in is available for our guests who choose to limit contact with other individuals and staff.

We have always believed the safety of our guests is our primary responsibility. Now more than ever we are committed to that belief. Throughout the hotel we have taken steps to enhance the safety and minimize the risk to our guests, our customers and our associates. Some of these you will see quite evidently and some will be less obvious.

All disinfectants used in our hotel have been approved by the EPA and other governmental agencies to combat emerging viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens. We have instituted enhanced cleaning protocols and adhere to the recommendations set forth in the in the EPA Emerging Pathogen Policy regarding cleaning and sanitization.

Public spaces, including high-touch areas, are cleaned and disinfected more frequently. In guest rooms, we focus on cleaning deeply between guest stays, and limiting in-room services during the stay. Hand sanitizer stations are installed throughout high-traffic areas across the hotel. We continually look for ways to improve our safety methods and train our staff.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.


If you require personal protective equipment please let us know we are happy to provide this for our guests.

Currently our Spa Fitness Center is open however operating under some restrictions around capacity and timing. Please contact the Spa to arrange an appointment for a workout. Currently, local and state restrictions require accompaniment in the form a of a trainer.

The Pool is currently closed until further notice.
Pancetta Restaurant is currently restricted to "Grab and Go" meal service for breakfast and dinner. During the second week of September we anticipate welcoming guests back into the restaurant for distanced seated meals however we will not be offering any buffet services in the building.

MClub, and Glen Bar are currently closed until further notice. We regret the inconvenience.

Please join us in Pancetta Restaurant upon full service re-opening in early September. We are excited to be back!


Starbucks is currently open from 7:00am to 3:00pm. As with all spaces in the hotel, remember to wear your face mask.
