We do appreciate your support and understanding.

The health and wellbeing of our guests and hotel employees remains our paramount priority. As part of our housekeeping operations, we have a comprehensive set of cleaning protocols that are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and include everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guest room and common area cleaning procedures.

Below are some of the measures we have taken at our hotels:


  • Implemented guidelines on chemicals and equipment to be used that are effective against viruses.
  • Increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection at high-volume areas and regularly touched surfaces. These include the counter at front desk, elevators, public bathrooms and room keys.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting protocols are in place to sanitize rooms after guests depart and before next guest arrives.
  • Increased frequency of cleaning in the ‘Back of House', where hotel employees work behind the scenes.
  • Increased associate health, safety and knowledge efforts, including hand hygiene protocols and specific COVID-19 related trainings.
  • Introduced measures to minimize contact and reinforce social distancing.

Additionally, Marriott has created the Global Cleanliness Council to tackle the realities of the COVID-19 pandemic at the hotel level and develop the next level of global hospitality cleanliness standards, norms and behaviours that are designed to minimise risk and enhance safety for guests and hotel employees.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:



  • Deeper cleaning between guest stays; focused on using the right chemicals in every single part of the room
  • Deep cleaning and disinfection of all furniture, fixtures, and surfaces (head boards, end tables, etc.)




  • Disinfecting wipes provided in guest rooms




  • Deeper cleaning of high-touch items (handles, knobs, pulls, electronic and temperature controls, TV remote controls etc.)




  • Reducing or removing non-essential high-touch items (magazine or books, etc.)




  • Modifying in-stay housekeeping frequency, in-room dining, and other associate entry into guest room
  • Promoting use of mobile chat and requests via Marriott Bonvoy™ app for additional amenities, with contactless delivery

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Open with limited access to 3 persons at a time upon pre reservation.
  • Spa: Massage service open. Masseuse and staff wearing face masks at all times. Sauna and hammam upon reservation for 1 person at a time.
  • Bar: Only seated pool area terrace open with social distancing measures between tables.

All of our outlets are open with modified floor plans and reduced seating to ensure physical distancing. To ensure our guests and associates safety, the following measures have been taken:


  • Food safety and food displays
  • Reduced seating to respect safety distance between tables
  • Defined occupancy and seating times; require reservations to control flow when busy
  • Cocktail equipment sanitized between use; modified procedures for garnishes and glassware
  • Alternate menu options including disposable paper, digital, and chalk boards
  • Appropriate PPE use for food handling; compliance with all Marriott and industry food safety
  • Elimination of self-service food stations
  • All staff wearing face masks and gloves
