Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates.
  • Masks are mandated for guests, employees are using facial masks and gloves.
  • Employees have temperature checked before each shift.
  • Disinfecting stations setup throughout the hotel, including the elevators.
  • Increased frequency of cleaning public areas, including twice daily usage of an electrostatic sprayer.
  • Mobile Check-in available.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.
  • Excess items have been removed from guest rooms.
  • All guest rooms are disinfected prior to check-in with an electrostatic sprayer.
  • All food and beverage are to-go items.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (face coverings, gloves) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all public areas.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest. Glassware was has been replaced with disposable plastic tumblers.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 3rd night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, masks required at all times.
  • Lounge: Open, masks required for entry.
  • Pool: Open, masks required around pool area based on city regulations
  • Car Rental: Open, mask required
  • Pantry: Open
  • R Lounge: Open daily, limited hours. Dine-in with to-go packaging
  • Bistro 17: Open daily, limited hours
  • Room Service: temporarily suspended.

Social distancing and daily disinfecting routines are in place for both outlets. Areas are sprayed twice daily with electrostatic sprayers. Mobile Dining is not available.
