Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
The hotel has increased the frequency with which our public areas, guest rooms and facilities are deep cleaned and disinfected with hospital grade products. Signage throughout the hotel reminds guests of occupancy limits and social distancing in compliance with local and state mandates. All hotel associates are required to wear face masks. Current county mandates require face masks be worn in public spaces. The check in experience has been modified to eliminate unnecessary contact and features custom made glass shields. Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the property for guest use.

Food and beverage operations have reduced capacity indoor and appropriate social distancing for outdoor seating.

The spa is operating on an appointment basis with a new menu reflecting enhanced sanitation protocols and social distancing.

The pool and beach are open during daylight hours.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout the property and guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection particularly in high traffic areas, restrooms, elevators, door handles. We are utilizing electrostatic sprayers with hospital grade disinfectant. Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the property for guest use.

In the Guest rooms: We h have added cleaning measures for all surfaces including high touch areas like light switches, phones, alarm clocks, sheers, thermostats Collateral items have been removed. Housekeeping frequencies are limited during your stay to reduce contact.

Room amenities: Collateral materials have been removed. Some items: in room coffee makers, ice buckets, hairdryers are on a request basis and sanitized between use.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations. Face masks are required in all public spaces, restaurants, and spa.


Spa: Open. Reservations required. We allow more time between each salon service to allow time for proper disinfecting. Spa staff wear face masks, and during some services gloves and face shields. Guests will be asked to wear face masks for arrival, complete a health questionnaire and temperature check. Guests and associates must wash hands at onset and conclusion of service in treatment area. All treatment areas feature a sink with soap, sanitizer and disinfectant.


Beach: Open


Valet: upon request. Valet wear face masks and gloves.


Ballrooms and Function Space: Open with limitations to meetings/training at 50% capacity. No social gatherings at this time.

Lona Cocina Tequileria: Open. Reservations required. Lunch, Dinner, patio dining is reduced for social distancing. Indoor capacity is reduced by 50%. Digital menus via QR code or disposable menu option. No glassware or cutlery is preset on the tables. Guests are provided hand sanitizer wipe with service. Face mask required for all team members. Culinary staff also is required to wear gloves. All tables and chairs are sanitized between uses. No bar stools or waiting at bar. Takeaway can be ordered.

 

Tinta: Open - breakfast only. Patio and Indoor with reduced capacity. Same procedures as Lona.

 

Starbucks: Open. Grab and Go.

 

Waves Poolside: Open for lunch. All tables and chairs are sanitized between uses. No bar stools or waiting at bar. Takeaway can be ordered. Disposable menus provided. No glassware or cutlery is preset on the tables. Face mask required for all team members. Culinary staff also is required to wear gloves.

 

Waves Cafe: Open with limited hours Thurs-Sun Grab and Go, pastries, coffee, individual wrapped snacks, ice cream.

 

Local Delivery: Available.
